Duarte Lobo Antunes is an architect.

He graduated from the Oporto Faculty of Architecture (FAUP) in 2007 and until 2013 worked with Herzog & De Meuron in Basel, Switzerland.

He is currently a student at the MA Architectural History at the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London and is collaborating with acme

He also co-created the “Dear Future,” project for the Lisbon Architecture Triennale, sponsored by Santander Totta and in association with the Arpad Szenes – Vieira da Silva Foundation and with Scribe

    Architecture won’t end. It can’t end! First of all because we build everything, including Thought. Perhaps for a while we won’t need Architectures made of Concrete, Brick, Wood, Glass, etc. But we might need them out of paper, plastic, maybe once more out of clay, vegetables, and above all virtual Architectures, almost intangibles: maybe of “edifying” Architectures? We are missing those…
